Recently the government adopted the Decree No. 27/2014 / ND-CP of labor laws on labor worked to help. Accordingly time employees worked to help aged 15 to 18 years is 8 hours / 1 day and 40 hours / 1 week.

In addition, the circular also said workers must be employed to help the periodic health examination at least 1 time per year. Fee periodic health examination or physical examination fees at the request of the employer because the employer paid unless the two parties agree otherwise stated in the contract.

When the maid had an accident in the course of employment, the employee owners should be responsible for sending workers to the nearest medical facility for emergency medical attention, caring and payment if the accident is due to the employer caused the employer who should be responsible for compensation for mental and physical laborers.
